This document supplements the HaloSkins Terms of Use (which form a legally binding agreement between you and HaloSkins).
By making a purchase on HaloSkins, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

Refund Policy
If you violate these terms or any other HaloSkins policy, we will terminate your use and registration of the website or freeze any transactions without refund.

Haloskins provides refunds only under the following two circumstances:
1: Your order is reversed, and the amount is returned to your balance.
2: Your seller fails to ship within 48 hours more than three times, and the amount is returned to your balance.

Refunds are processed per order. For example:

• If you have a $100 top-up order and a $500 top-up order, but your account balance is $300, we can only refund up to $100.
  If your account balance is $550, we can refund $500.
  If your account balance is $600, we can refund $100 + $500.
  Please ensure your account balance is sufficient at the time of refund.
  Refunds are only available through the following channels:
• Antom-Pay (credit card portion)
  Other channels such as PayPal/Kinguin/Revolut do not support refunds to the original payment method or your bank account.
  And because Haloskins is a C2C website, and sellers' shipping times may be longer. If you wish to request a refund due to your own reasons, or if the refund is due to inconsistencies in your KYC information, you will need to pay a $0.10 fee plus a channel commission fee.

The remaining amount can be refunded to you in cryptocurrency. You must withdraw the remaining balance yourself; we cannot send funds directly to your cryptocurrency wallet.

If a user's account is terminated or suspended by HaloSkins, any balance on that account may be forfeited.

Furthermore, HaloSkins does not accept refund requests after deposits have been made and prior to transaction execution. This policy ensures full compliance with anti-money laundering laws and regulations in jurisdictions such as China, the European Union, and the United States. Any negligence in this regard—such as permitting deposit order refunds—could violate these legal frameworks.

We require all users to read, understand, and agree to the above terms before initiating any transactions with us. Your acceptance of these terms constitutes your agreement to our refund policy.
