Refund Policy
If you violate these terms or any other HaloSkins policy, we will terminate your use and registration of the website or freeze any transactions without refund.

Haloskins provides refunds only under the following two circumstances:
1: Your order is reversed, and the amount is returned to your balance.
2: Your seller fails to ship within 48 hours more than three times, and the amount is returned to your balance.

Refunds are processed per order. For example:

The remaining amount can be refunded to you in cryptocurrency. You must withdraw the remaining balance yourself; we cannot send funds directly to your cryptocurrency wallet.

If a user's account is terminated or suspended by HaloSkins, any balance on that account may be forfeited.

Furthermore, HaloSkins does not accept refund requests after deposits have been made and prior to transaction execution. This policy ensures full compliance with anti-money laundering laws and regulations in jurisdictions such as China, the European Union, and the United States. Any negligence in this regard—such as permitting deposit order refunds—could violate these legal frameworks.
