Inventory and Listing

• Pre-listing Verification: Before sellers list an item for sale, the HaloSkins platform interfaces with the Steam API to verify the seller's ownership of the item. This ensures all transactions are based on skins that are genuinely available for delivery.
• Extensive Inventory: All official images, styles, and descriptions directly are from the Steam market, accessible at Steam Community Market. Our search functionality allows you to find the exact skin you're looking for.
• Inventory Check: The HaloSkins platform automatically checks skins listed on the platform and automatically delists any that are no longer in the seller's inventory or already sold, ensuring that every skin purchased by the buyer can be delivered within 12 hours.

Logistics Process:

• Buyer's Payment: Buyers pay upfront, with funds held securely by the platform to ensure the integrity of the transaction.
• Seller's Shippment: Once payment notification is received, the seller is prompted to send a trade offer, effectively confirming the sale. The seller must also visit the Steam mobile token for secondary confirmation, ensuring the security of the transaction.
• Buyer's Confirmation: Buyers accept the trade offer, checking the unique float value of the item to ensure it matches the product initially chosen.
• Finalization: After confirmation, the transaction is complete, and the seller receives their income.

Trade Offers as Final Price: 'Trade offers' can be understood as the final price negotiation, typically non-negotiable. While some platforms may offer a bargaining feature, it only affects the sale price, not the process.
